William Traye Sirmons

Mr. William Traye Sirmons, 28, of Albany, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018, at his home. A memorial service will be conducted at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, August 30, 2018 in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home of Leesburg. Mr. Johnny White will officiate, and the family will receive friends following the service. Born June 19, 1990 in Albany, Traye worked as a painter, loved the outdoors and hunting. He greatly loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He was Baptist by faith. He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Wes Sirmons that passed away on March 10, 2018. Survivors include his parents, William Gregory Sirmons and Lilly Smith Sirmons of Albany; paternal grandmother, Betty Sirmons; maternal grandmother, Charlie Mae Smith; honorary brother, Johnny White of Worth County; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
