Mr. Terry Loyd Tillman, 50, of Lee County, peacefully passed away on the evening of May 14, 2019. A memorial service to honor his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2019 in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home with Pastor Derrell Etheridge officiating. He was born on April 7, 1969 in Moultrie, GA to the late Loyd Carroll Tillman and his mother, Bertha Sadie Tabor. Terry was a self-employed truck driver and enjoyed his job traveling and working on his truck. In his free time, he loved to go fishing and boating, but mostly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He possessed a sweet spirit and never met a stranger. He loved the Lord with all his heart, soul, and mind. He has always had a sweet, gentle, and caring spirit. Terry was a devoted family man who loved his family and children very much. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Terry is survived by his devoted wife, Deana Tillman; mother, Bertha Sadie Tabor; children, Nicholas Tillman, Evan Tillman, and Alex Daniel (Sarah); grandchildren, Jayden Heart and Ansley Daniel; four siblings, Wanda Ann Tillman-Parker (Earl), Belinda Tillman Spoone (Yogi), Sherry Tillman, Wendell Carroll Tillman (Racheal); sister-in-law, Jennifer Veres; best friend, Joey Pait; and host of nieces and nephews.
