Sarah Frances Jones

Sarah Frances Jones, 70, of Albany, peacefully passed away on February 26, 2023, at Lee County Health and Rehab.

Born February 11, 1953, in Cairo, Frances was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Jones and Mary Lucille Adkins Jones. She loved the Lord and attended Lighthouse Ministries. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing, sewing, and was known for her handmade windchimes she created using silverware. Frances will be greatly missed.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her fiancé, William Southern; and her siblings, Mary Bob Jones Carter, Gracie Lee Jones Dozier, and William Earl Jones.

Survivors include her sister-in-law, Beth Jones of Albany, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

According to her wishes there will be no services.
