Roger "Bubba" Bridges

Mr. Roger “Bubba” Dale Bridges, Jr., 44, of Leesburg, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, August 5, 2018 in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home. A private interment will follow later at Crown Hill Cemetery. Born October 30, 1973 in Albany, Mr. Bridges worked as a truck driver for many years. His main pride in life was his kids and he loved watching them play sports. He enjoyed the outdoors and playing softball. He was Christian by faith. Bubba was preceded in death by his father, Roger Dale Bridges, Sr. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Brady, Jessi and Colt Bridges all of Leesburg; the mother of his children, Kelly Bridges of Leesburg; his mother, Dee Bridges of Leesburg; sisters Shanda Bunch (Scott) of Leesburg and Kristy Bridges of Albany; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
