Robert L. "Bob" Garner

Mr. Robert L. “Bob” Garner, 75, of Leesburg, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Services honoring the life of Mr. Garner will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 13, at Andersonville National Cemetery, with military honors. Born August 10, 1944, in Boulder, CO, Mr. Garner was the son of the late Leonard and Thelma West Garner. He proudly served our country and retired from the United States Marine Corps. He was a Denver Broncos fan, enjoyed golfing, but most of all was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. Survivors include his loving wife, Elaine Garner of Leesburg; daughter, Anissa Henderson of Leesburg; son, Pete Garner of Leesburg; grandchildren, Mariah Collins and Cade Garner; brother, Les Garner of Ft. Collins, CO; sister-in-law’s Donna Garner and Pauline Dambach; uncle Johnny and aunt Donna; cousin, Darren and Susie Dalghren and his beloved dog, Chester.
