Richard Ross

Mr. Richard J. Ross, 76, of Albany, peacefully passed away at Wilson Hospice House on December 7, 2024.

Services will be private for the family only.

Born August 28, 1948, in Turner County, he was the son of the late Rufus and Frances Ross. Richard loved life and was a huge fan of the Atlanta Braves. A beloved brother, uncle, and friend, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, James Alexander Ross, Marvin Ross, Geneva Scott, and John Ross.

Survivors include his siblings, Betty Akins and Charlie Aaron Ross; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
