Reverend Jimmy Doyle Hagadorn

Reverend Jimmy Doyle Hagadorn, 74, of Lee County, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, June 7, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday June 9, 2019 in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home, 375 US Hwy 19 S. Leesburg, GA 31763. Interment will follow at New River Holiness Church in Lenox, GA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home. Rev. Mark Jordan, Rev. Greg Roberts, Rev. Junior Morgan, Josh Eason, and Jason Eason will officiate the services. Reverend Hagadorn was born June 6, 1945 in Ragland, AL to the late Chester and Lera McCoy Hagadorn. At the young age of 17 he felt called by the Lord to begin a life of ministry and became a preacher. He loved the Lord with all of his heart, and spent 57 years serving, leading, and teaching others about Christ. He served as Pastor at Faith Full Gospel Church in Pretoria, Bethel Holiness Church in Putney, and Trinity Worship Center in Albany. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend, and Pastor, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his great-grandbaby, Israel Leon Parson. He is survived by his adoring wife, Marie Hagadorn of Lee County; children, Ricky Parson of Albany, Cynthia Hagadorn (Johnny) of Pinson, AL, Melissa Whiddon (Terry) of Albany, Rachael Allegood (Ken) of Doerun, and Christy Johnson (Christopher) of Lee County; Sister, Doris Wells and her husband Rev.
