Randolph "Randy" Wayne Chastain

Mr. Randolph “Randy” Wayne Chastain, 70, of Albany, peacefully passed away on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Willson Hospice House.

Services honoring the life of Randy will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 11, 2024, in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home. Rev. Dale Hodges will officiate with the family visiting with friends following the service.

Born April 3, 1954, in Pavo, Randy was the son of the late Willie Howell Chastain and Ann LaRue Brooks Chastain. He owned and operated Chastain Custom Cabinets for over 41 years and was a talented cabinet builder. After retirement he worked for D & D Kitchen Center of Albany, and Atlantic Pallet Exchange of Terrell County. He was known as a hard-working family man who enjoyed fishing, and NASCAR. He deeply loved his family and attended Hope City United. Randy will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. 

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his sister, Denise Tinney.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving and devoted wife of 51 years, Jeannie Chastain; daughters, Ashley Chastain Harris and Shane, and Kelly Michelle Chastain all of Albany; sister, Stacey Chastain; grandchildren, Madison Bratcher, Leyla Harris, Austin Harris and Hannah, and Madison Harris and Orlando; great-grandson, Logan, several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
