Mrs. Patricia Lee Cato Stephens, 72, of Sasser, peacefully passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023,
at her home.
The family will visit with friends at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2023 in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home with her service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Matthew Schluckebier will officiate.
Born on March 12, 1951, in Edison, Mrs. Stephens was the daughter of the late Homer and Virginia Stewart Cato. She worked for many years as a seamstress and retired from Walmart as a salesclerk. She was a member of Life Church of Leesburg, loved The Lord and her family more than anything. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend she will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandchild, Landyn and her brother, Mike.
Survivors include her husband, Charles M. Stephens of Sasser; children, Christy Taylor and Ricky of Blakely, Keith Harrell and Shanna of Savannah, and Tiffany Pantone and Dennis of Leesburg; two sisters, Gladys, and Sara; grandchildren, Logan, Layton, Lyla, Larsyn, John Robert, Abigail, Davon, Bailey, Ethan, McKenzie, Kristen, and Rex; great-grandchildren, Haley, Hadley, Paisley, Caroline, and Jameson; several nieces and nephews.
The family will gather at 991 Graves Springs Rd. Leesburg, GA 31763.
