Michael Christopher Mcallister

Mr. Michael Christopher McAllister, 68, of Leesburg, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at his home in Leesburg. A memorial gathering honoring Mr. McAllister’s life will be held Tuesday evening, June 11, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home. He was born November 17, 1950 in Battle Creek, MI to the late Myron and Alfleda McAllister. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and later went to work for Miller Brewing company where he worked for 33 years until his retirement. When he was able, he enjoyed fishing and loved watching sports. A beloved husband, father, and grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by his loving wife, Louise McAllister; 4 children, Rob McAllister (Danielle Roberts), Michelle McAllister, Shannon Shreaves (Stacy), and Jessica McAllister (BJ Childs); 10 grandchildren, Morgan, Ty, Madison, Ella, Hunter, Brooke, Alex, Riley, Kailen, and Nas; 1 great-grandchild; 2 sisters and a brother.
