Mateo Mendoza

Mateo Mendoza, 52, of Camilla and Moultrie, passed away, on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, in Albany. Born August 31, 1969, in Mexico, to the late Marcos Mendoza and Felipa Mares, Mateo was a hard-working farmer most of his life that loved his family dearly. He was Catholic by faith and will be greatly missed. Survivors include his children, Marcos Mateo Mendoza of Moultrie, Victoria Mendoza Culpepper of Talking Rock, Ivan Folsom of Moultrie, Crystal Hernandez of Moultrie, Jessica Folsom of Jacksonville, FL; girlfriend, Lucia Colunga; 5 brothers, Novar, Silbano, Martin, Jose, Mario and Angel Mendoza; and 3 sisters, Margarita, Amalia, and Lidia Mendoza.
