Kimberly Marie Braswell, 31, of Leesburg, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Wilson Hospice House after a courageous battle with Crest Syndrome and Raynaud’s Disease. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Monday, August 22, 2016 in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home, 375 US Highway 19 S. Leesburg, GA. 31763. Rev. A.B. Stroud will officiate with interment to follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Dawson. Born February 2, 1985, Kim was a 2003 graduate of Lee County High School. She completed her CNA training from Albany Technical College and was known for having a great sense of humor and a beautiful smile. The past three years were very difficult for Kim, but she remained hopeful and lived each day to its fullest. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Kim was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Pete and Barbara Braswell and maternal grandparents, Hyram and Gladys Young. Survivors include her parents, William Melvin Braswell and Margie Young Braswell of Leesburg; sisters, Tiffany Braswell and Nina Braswell both of Leesburg; fiancé, Daniel Rodriguez; nephews, Ethan Ricketson and Eli Todd and a niece, Emarie Ricketson all of Leesburg.
