Karen Marie Richardson

Ms. Karen Marie Richardson, 81, of Leesburg, peacefully passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023.

Born on May 28, 1942, in Billings, MT, Ms. Richardson was the daughter of the late George and Mary Richter Mader. She worked for years as a county clerk for Miller County, loved to cook, and was an avid reader. She had a wonderful work ethic and was of the Catholic faith. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend that will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, DeDe.

Survivors include her son, Jimmie Fillyaw of Leesburg; grandson, Donny Coffey and Anna of Alabama; 4 great-grandchildren; and her 3 brothers, Sonny, George, and Ted.

In accordance with the wishes of Ms. Richardson, her remains will be cremated and no services are planned.
