Junior Lewis Payne

Mr. Junior Lewis Payne, 74, of Leesburg, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Friday, May 25, 2018 in the Leesburg Cemetery. Rev. Robin Chaplin will officiate and the family will receive friends following the service. Born September 9, 1943 in Sissonville, West Virginia, Mr. Payne worked as a truck driver for many years and enjoyed collecting old wheat head pennies. He was of the Baptist faith.
