Julianne Dupre Evans

Mrs. Julianne Dupre Evans, 62, of Albany, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2020, at her home. Due to the current health crisis, graveside funeral services for the family only, will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery. She was born March 29, 1957, in Gulfport, MS, to Mr. Howard and Margaret Freeman Dupre. Mrs. Evans worked for many years as a cosmetologist and was of the Christian faith. She loved to dance, enjoyed cooking, and spending time with her friends, family, and her beloved husband, Alan Paul Evans, before his passing in 2018. A loving, daughter, sister, and friend, she will be greatly missed by all. Survivors include her mother and father, Howard and Margaret Dupre of Albany; siblings, Donald Dupre and his wife Sandra of Beaumont, TX, Thomas Dupre of Albany, Michael Dupre of Rockport, TX, and Susan Stewart and her husband Paul of Austin, TX; her uncle Dr. James Freeman and his wife Shannon of Albany; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
