John E. "Johnny" Pantone

Mr. John E. “Johnny” Pantone, 63, of Albany, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11: 00 a.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Riverside Cemetery. Rev. Mark Spraggins will officiate, and the family will visit with friends following the service. Born August 21, 1955, in Albany, Mr. Pantone was the son of the late Jack and Wanda Jenkins Pantone. In his childhood years he enjoyed Cub Scouts. He was a 1972 graduate of Albany High School and worked in the family security business. He enjoyed western movies and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his brother, Darrell Pantone (Julie) of Albany; sister, Jennifer Pantone of Worth County nephew, Billy Pantone (Kelly) of Lee County; nieces, Lisa Pantone (Stewart) of Lee County, Jill Pantone (Logan) of Albany and Camielle Thompson (James); and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home of Leesburg was given the honor to serve the Pantone family.
