Jesse Wayne Parrish

Jesse Wayne Parrish, 52, of Leesburg, passed away, Sunday, September 6, 2020, at his home. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at the family’s residence 117 A 3rd Rd, Leesburg, GA 31763. Born December 5, 1967, in Albany, Jesse was the son of James T. Parrish and Mary L. French. He previously worked for M&M Mars in Albany and most recently worked in the construction industry as a talented painter. He loved cooking out and spending time with family. Jesse was of the Baptist faith. A loving father, son, brother, and friend he will be greatly missed by all. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Thomas Jefferson Parrish and Dottie Mitchell; maternal grandparents, Lewis Odell Ellis and Lois Louise Ellis; and his brother Jason Daniel Parrish. Survivors include his significant other, Barbara Gray of Leesburg; father James T. Parrish (Deborah) of Leesburg; mother, Mary L. French of Meigs; children, Brandon Earl Parrish (Halley), and Jay Ross Parrish, all of Leesburg; brothers, Jeffrey L. Parrish (Missy) of Leesburg, Eugene L. Parrish of Meigs; sisters, Melissa D. Milstead (Jeremy) of Florala, AL, and Susan Klutz Morton (John) of Leesburg; and 6 grandchildren.
