Donna Lail Bailey

Mrs. Donna Lail Bailey, 66, of Bronwood, tragically died on Wednesday morning at her home along with her beloved husband, Gary Milton Bailey.

Visitation for both Mr. and Mrs. Bailey will be held on Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home of Leesburg.

A joint graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 23, 2023, in the Bronwood Cemetery with Rev. Richard Gill officiating.

Born September 18, 1957, in Reynolds, Mrs. Bailey was the daughter of the late Charles and Doris Kirksey Lail. She was a loving homemaker that loved her grandchildren deeply. She enjoyed gardening and especially loved her roses. She enjoyed cross stitching and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Larry Joe Lail, Betty Teems, Billy Lail, and Ward Lail.

Survivors include her children, April Schacht and Robert of Dawson, and Gary and Jennifer Bailey of Gray; siblings, Calvin Lail of Albany, Janice Landin of Forsyth, and Paula Harrison and Jerry of Albany; grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
