Debra Brannon

Debra Brannon, 64, of Shellman, peacefully passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020, at her home. Born January 1, 1956, in Fort Lauerdale, FL, Debra was the daughter of the late Alfred Lee Brannon and Betty Brady Valentine. She had worked in the restaurant business and was a truck driver. She enjoyed fishing, playing bingo and playing cards. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her step-father who raised her, William Petsch Heyns and brothers, James "Mongo" Heyns and Dale Brady. Survivors include her sister, Stormy Weathersby (Chris) of Shellman; children, Richard Lee Brannon of Georgia, Michael Lee Brannon of California, Steven Lee Brannon of Georgia, and Tracy Lynn Brannon of Georgia; nieces, Rebecca Ponce and family of Florida and Michelle Rivers and family of Albany; and her sister-in-laws, Cindy Heyns and family of Florida and Sandy Brady and family. Services will be private for the family only. Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home of Leesburg was given the honor to serve Debra's family.
