David Rudolph Williams

Mr. David Rudolph Williams, of Albany, GA and Crawfordville, FL passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in Albany. Graveside funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Floral Memory Gardens. Survivors include his loving wife, Janie Lee Williams; children, Kellie Nix and Ross of Leesburg and Stephanie Williams of Leesburg; grandchildren, Maggie Brown and Jamie and Chandler Nix all of Leesburg. Mr. Williams was a member of St. Teresa’s Catholic Church and served his country in the United States Navy. He loved his family more than anything and he will be greatly missed. God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around him and whispered "Come with me." With tearful eyes we watched him suffer, and saw him fade away. Although we loved him dearly, we could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating. Hard working hands put to rest; God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best.
