Mr. Clarence E. White “Pops”, of Dawson passed away quietly in his sleep on Sunday March 10, 2019. A memorial gathering to celebrate his life will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday March 23, 2019 at 286 Jenny Lynn Lane, Georgetown, GA 39854 He was a charismatic man that always greeted you with a smile and a hug.
