Betty Louise Paige

Mrs. Betty Louise Paige, 86, of Leesburg, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at Phoebe Sumter Hospital in Americus.

Mrs. Paige was born on November 14, 1936, in Doerun to the late Charles and Falfa Kenyan Varner. She worked for K-Mart for many years until her retirement and later went back to work at Walmart. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening and caring for her flowers, doing word search puzzles, watching T.V., and going for walks to look at birds, butterflies, and all the beauty of nature. A beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother she will be greatly missed by all.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Alvin Paige and her granddaughter, Amanda Keen.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Mike Williford, Sharon Warren, and Kim Minshew; sons-in-law, Scott Warren and Paul Minshew; grandchildren, Michael Williford, Haley Palacios, Justin Eilers (Paige), Kelsey Tomlinson Hobbs (Justin), and Jesse Tomlinson (Payton); and her great-grandchildren, Kimber Minshew, Gavin Palacios, Emma Eilers, Ava Hobbs, Ali Kate Hobbs, Collins Tomlinson, and Merritt Tomlinson.

In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held and her remains will be cremated.
