Ann Railey Gordon

Mrs. Ann Railey Gordon, 84, of Albany, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019, in Albany. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Riverside Cemetery with Joseph W. Jones officiating . The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:30 at the cemetery prior to the service. Born December 8, 1934, in Albany, Mrs. Gordon was the daughter of the late, Grady Henry Railey and Nellie Bradshaw Railey. She graduated from the Perry Business College of Albany and retired from civil service at The Marine Logistics Base of Albany. She loved The Lord and her family more than anything and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Gordon was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Robert Gordon, Sr. and son, Charles Robert Gordon, Jr. Survivors include her children, Terry C. Powell of Leesburg; Gary Allen Gordon of California and David Railey Gordon of Morganton, GA; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
