Alan Paul Evans

Mr. Alan Paul Evans, 56, of Albany, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 at his home. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Crown Hill Cemetery. Rev. Matthew Harrell will officiate and the family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Born November 13, 1961 in Hawkinsville, Mr. Evans worked as a manager in the Restaurant industry for most of his career and loved his family. He enjoyed gardening and music and was of the Christian faith. Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his father, Charles Evans and his son, Alan Evans, Jr. Survivors include his wife, Julianne Dupre Evans of Albany; his mother, Barbara Holland Evans of Albany; daughter and son-in-law, Kara (Frank) Rawls of Dublin; sister, Paula Anne Evans of Hawkinsville; two grandchildren, Ethan and Camden Rawls both of Dublin; step-brother, Robert Evans of Villa Rica and his wife’s parents, Howard and Margaret Dupre of Albany.
